COMPACT, PRECISE FIBER OPTIC LASERS

Vytek Fiber Optic Lasers
Super Precise - Super Fast - American Made!

The FC Series was designed for the manufacturer who primarily works with a wide range of material both ferrous and nonferrous. With upgradable options and configurations the FiberCAB can remain cutting edge long after the initial purchase. The FC series was designed with the manufacturer who primarily works with materials from 1/4" / 6mm in thickness and thinner. The modular approach to laser power ensures that laser platform is viable for years to come while allowing the user to select the best laser configuration for their requirements now and in the future. High grade ball screws and the latest generation of brushless servo drives allow smooth, precise cutting to .0004"/ft accuracy.

IPG 100% Solid State Laser Generator

"The FC series systems are among the most efficient lasers systems ever built consuming as little as 1/10th the power of conventional laser systems."

The FC Series can be configured to use a range of cutting heads to suit the users needs. Users can easily interchange focus heads to the ideal configuration for the job at hand. Heads are available for Fine kerf cutting or thick material cutting an optic focal range from 75 mm to 200 mm.

The Latest generation controls using high performance brushless servo drives, which are directly coupled to Vytek's simplicity CNC control, ensure the smoothest possible motion for the most demanding part geometries. FiberCAB includes a rugged keypad, which features a full graphic display. The operator keypad allows for machine control and is the central point for operation. It displays all critical job information and allows for on-the-fly edits to the program. can be configured to use a range of cutting heads to suit the users needs.
